• Please note, each gemstone undergoes a 2–3 day energization process before dispatch to ensure it's spiritually activated and ready for use.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and logistics.

We do not initiate returns as a standard practice. However, in the event of a genuine defect or damage, we can replace your gemstone within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process – Steps to Follow

• Always record an unboxing video before opening your order.
• Create a video while packing the gemstone securely in the same box in which you received it.
• Hand over the sealed package to the pickup personnel and create a video while handing over the package.

Verification by Us

• Once we receive your package, we will record an unboxing video at our end, showing the seal’s serial number for transparency and verification purposes.
• These steps are mandatory since gemstones are high-value products, and this process ensures fairness, authenticity, and security for both parties.
